ugh...it's so muggy. I'm swamped at work....the laundry room is seeping....the recycling people didn't take the recycling today...I'm too tired to knit....I can't sleep.

Grumble grumble grumble....

Someone remind me that at least I'm not a crack addict.

Uh oh....

.... I think I'm in trouble.....

I better start the yarn inventory...see if I have enough for ALL of these projects...

National Night Out

Last night was National Night Out. I got so busy I forgot to post about it before hand. Anyway, I hope that everyone was able to get out and enjoy some time in their communities. As with last year, I spent my evening taking pics of the doggies I saw while out. BUT, I was pleasantly surprised to see my knitting pal and Yarn Lounge regular, LISA!Hi Lisa! So good to see you! Here's Buster. Buster's a mix of some sort of terrier. You can't tell from the pic, but Buster is super soft....and oh so sweet!

I don't know this little guy's name. He was just sort of wandering around peeing on everything. He kind of looks like an Ewok, though.Yeh yeh

New WIP for Quickie FO

My friend Jenna is having a baby and her shower is on September 2nd. I'm doing this KP & S freebie baby cardi pattern out of Sugar 'n' Cream that I bought on sale for 99 cents. This is my new favorite yarn to make baby stuff out of. It's inexpensive, washable and dryable, and comes in a good array of colors.

Obviously this is a super quick knit since I just started it yesterday and have made so much progress already.

Once again, I can't say enough good things about these K P & S patterns.
